Raising three children has been my greatest blessing. They are in their early adult and teenage years which have varying challenges. Frequently we find ourselves balancing their latest ‘phases’ and more often than not I rely on humour to get us through it. Unfortunately they can see right through me when I try to enforce the rules and we often end up in fits of laughter. More importantly, I have learnt over the years that its better to bend a little than to break.
