Each artwork is an original piece and is carefully prepared and inspected prior to dispatch.

Due to the nature of original artworks, returns are not generally accepted for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns upon receiving your piece, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist.

All artworks are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the exterior of the packaging prior to opening (where possible), along with the artwork and internal packaging. This helps us resolve any issues quickly.

If damage has occurred in transit, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or where appropriate, a commissioned piece.

If an incorrect item has been received, please notify us within 7 days so this can be resolved promptly.
