We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing artwork online.  For added peace of mind, we offer a 7-day return period. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist with arranging a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and all original packaging materials, including protective wrapping and boxes, must be retained. To ensure your artwork is transported safely, all return shipments will be arranged by Annie Hawkins Art using our preferred carrier and packaging instructions. Please do not dispose of any packaging or arrange your own courier prior to contacting us.

All artworks are carefully inspected and packaged with great care prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been received, please photograph the exterior packaging, internal packaging and artwork upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

With more than 300 artworks now held in private collections throughout Australia and internationally, our aim is to make purchasing original art online a reassuring and risk-free experience.

We are always happy to answer questions, provide additional photographs, or discuss a piece prior to purchase to help ensure you feel completely comfortable with your decision.
