Sometimes the fear of failure can be overwhelming. Let go of the expectations and surrender to the process. I took a leap of faith when I chose to paint this scene. I was determined to capture the energy and atmosphere of the water and clouds. It was definitely a challenge, but when I called it complete, I stood back, and felt rewarded for all the time, effort and angst.
